Jeff served as a U.S. Army Ranger during the real-life battle depicted in Black Hawk Down, leading soldiers in one of the most intense modern combat missions in American history.

His experience was forged under fire, where leadership, courage, and conviction were tested in life-and-death moments.

This is a real soldier with a real story, shaped by combat and grounded in truth.

BATTLE-TESTED LEADERSHIP UNDER FIRE

Jeff Struecker served nearly 23 years with the U.S. Army Rangers, including 17 combat deployments across five wars. He is a Silver Star recipient for bravery in combat and a member of the U.S. Army Ranger Hall of Fame. His leadership was forged in real-world missions where failure was not an option and lives were on the line.

This is leadership learned in chaos, refined under pressure, and proven when it mattered most.

After the warzones, the mission continued.

Today, Jeff is a pastor, PhD, and award-winning author, teaching leadership at every level and speaking around the world. He has been featured on national and international networks, including FOX News, CNN, BBC, and more. Yet his greatest passion is equipping men to live with conviction, discipline, and faith.

This is a call to live on mission.

Men will leave this event challenged, encouraged, and prepared to step into their homes, churches, and communities with purpose.

General Information: Held on March 27, starting at 6 PM. Only 100 spots available!

  • This is a three-hour men’s conference for men who are on a journey. Some know exactly where they’re headed. Others are still searching. All of us are seeking the same thing: the path God has called us to walk.

    You will hear from men who come from very different walks of life—a combat-tested military veteran, a business owner, a martial arts grandmaster, and a successful attorney. Each has forged his own path, yet all come together with one purpose: to challenge and strengthen men to stand firm in their faith and live with conviction.

    This night is about clarity, courage, and calling. It’s about brotherhood, truth, and being sharpened by God’s Word. You will be encouraged, challenged, and reminded that the narrow path is not easy, but it is worth it.

    This is not about hype.
    It’s about forging your path.

  • Bring a notebook and a friend. Only 100 spots are available, so register today. Bring your Bible if you have one, or we’ll provide one for you.

  • We want every man to feel comfortable. Whether you prefer a blazer, a shirt, or something more casual, come as you are.

  • We’ll provide pizza, snacks, water, and a small gift. A donation to help cover these costs is appreciated but never required.

  • No, this conference is for all men. While we are Christians and this conference centers on the path God has for each of us, all men are welcome and encouraged to attend.
